Driven by our passion for food, nutrition, and community development, the EatWell team has the skills and experience to help all families access affordable, nutritious food.
Dan Wexler
Executive Director
Dan studied health management and behavioral economics at the Harvard School of Public Health, where he founded EatWell. Working at the Mattapan Farmers Market for two years, he gained insights on the challenges families faced, local taste preferences and the values community members sought in a family dinner. Dan finds inspiration in nature and his dog, Chance.
Kevin Hall
Director of Finance
Kevin Hall studied health management at Harvard, focusing on value-based care delivery. Prior to that, he worked in radiology and oncology hospital centers, building financial models designed to maximize wellness impact. In his free time, Kevin enjoys hiking.
Adriana Katekawa
Director of Culinary Operations
Adriana is EatWell’s chef. She brings a background in culinary medicine, with a certificate from Harvard Medical School, and deliciousness, with experience working in Michelin Star Restaurants. Adriana trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Boston and loves finding new ways to cook vegetables--see her latest creations on Instagram @ak.foodwellness
Marcus Franklin
Director of Research Operations
Marcus graduated from Cornell University with a Masters in Public Administration and a passion for environmental justice. He spent 2 years as a Research Manager for the NAACP analyzing policies and designing evaluations to enhance impact. He brings those skills to EatWell, analyzing community challenges and measuring EatWell’s impact.
