How it works?
EatWell Community Kitchen complements our meal kits bringing education resources for patients to build cooking confidence at the same time it provides nutrition education with everyday tips and food language in a fun environment. Our educational series aim to increase the patients' self-efficacy in cooking and meal planning, making a homemade meal a healthy, sustainable habit.
